Whats the best length studs to put in ..do i need to put protectors in also
Check the track lug hight to find out what size stud. Do a search, if it's a 03 you need 1.075 size stud for that track. Woody makes great studs, but their are several others. decide what pattern, how many (144)?, backers and nuts.
Several options for you, you have to tell us more about where you ride, moded sled or stock.

that sled came with front, tunnel protectors.rear doesnt need them becuase it only has a cross over tube and not a heat exchanger.
depending on stud brand you want 1"-1.25".if you need some let me know.

Rich is a great guy to deal with, good prices.
I bought Woody Goldiggers 1.075 with aluminum square double and single backers from Rich. Square off the backers to the track and the square the studs too. Get a helper, small air compressor and go to town working. I used 144 down the center with the Woody template for the patteren. You can make your own template to get the most scratches. I used white-out to mark the holes. Good luck.
