OK here is the deal I am not posting to sell these here I tried to sell on this site $40 + shipping about 2 weeks ago, Here is the problem , Why the hell would some one bid $122 on 1999 skis that I say (in the listing) FAIR TO GOOD condition? I just bought C&A skis from Rich shipping & everythig for $240 or so! The pics I have in the ebay listing show the bottoms are not great! I have 101 A +'s & sure to God when they get these (at that price) someone is going to be ticked off!

The carbides being new are worth 40 to 50, the handles are 30 for the set, saddles 30 for the set, I'd say that is about right on the money. Maxdlx

Well if you posted pics and the pics are clear, then if there was a bidding war in the buyers head then they got what they bargained for.... WAS YOUR AD DESCRIPTIVE??? IF it was then it is out of your hands. T

well sounds like a good deal, in canada i cant get skis for under $400, im sure they will be happy, for 122 with carbides and handles. they are 120 at the dealer each no carbide or handle

Peple get carried away with auctions.
You have a good description and good pics. I wouldn't worry bout it.
Maybe you should run out to your local hardware store and buy the other four nuts eh?
LOL!

I sold a used sportech windshield for an arctic zr600 for $135, i only paid $30 for it new from arctic clearance - I also sold a pair of arctic zr green skis for $150 on ebay when I only got $180 for a pair of c & a's. if someone wants them and they are not smart enough to find them cheaper you win.

I have been on both sides of the equation-value is in the eye of the beholder-for example-what is something worth to someone which is no longer available, or period correct, or completes a set, etc. Answer-whatever that person is willing to pay. Example-I want an Exciter II SX factory Yammie cover-I lost a bidding war about two weeks ago for one on eBay-sure I could go buy a parts unlimited cover and it woudl work just as good-but it's not the factory Yammie cover-IMO-then it is not the same. the cover went for $160 or so-

eBay is a wonderful creation-one man's junk is another man's treasure!

Thanks guys! It just seems high for a pair of used skis! Heck I had them listed here for so cheap & not one hit!

Ebay, in one word is "Amazing". Be careful it is not a scam... Was that just one bid or was there multiple bids? I sold a Playstation 3 on ebay for twice of what i payed for it... hehe
