Way high; even for the peg. You can buy an SRX in manitoba for same $$$. I sold my 98 SRX last winter for $2700 cdn & it was a runner! That 500 sled can be bought in Grand Forks/Fargo for about $1400 us with lower miles.
 
What would be a reasonable offer? I was wrong on the mileage, I've been looking at so many sleds lately, the mileage is 3200kms I was thinking of another sled that I had looked at.

Current exchange rate is about $1.14 so $1500 US would be about $1700 CAN

This is a great sled. My wife rode one since it was new and put about 3500 trouble free miles on it. We sold it for $1800 last year to go to a 2002 Vmax 600 dlx. The two sleds are very similar except for the sweet sound of the triple in the 600 and the 600 gets better gas mileage.
 
I copied an add from the fargo nd paper. Way better sled at about the same or less $$$$.

Sleds up here in Canada seem to be more expensive, FYI I bought a 1998 VMAX 600 XT with 10,000 km's on it last Feb. for $2500.00 The seld is in mint shape.

Turk, do you have any web address's for used sleds for sale in North or South Dakota? Seems like good deals down there. :winterrul
