Is there an easy way to do this other than removing the skis, running a rod through both ski mounts, removing skid plate and adjusting. I suspect you do toe out last?

dont use the rod, the rod doesnt take into concidertion bent spindles.
use a level on the side of the trailing arm.
tighten the front end up before you do the adjustment, it is super loose when new, it didnt get any tighter since then.
