Billet gas cap help?

I got the silver one and sanded the clear off it then hit it with the buffing wheel,we're talking chrome baby "BLING".You try stealing mine you better run when you hear those pipes cause your about to get 144 holes in ya!
 

they work fine. dont over tighten as you COULD hurt the threads since the plastic will give LONG before the aluminum :)
 
never had a problem with mine and I do carry the stocker cuz I have always wondered when it will be missing. Do most of my riding in the UP and seems pretty good up there. Never been swiped....yet. Pretty sad that some A hole who spends 7-10K on a sled has to swipe a 40 dollar gas cap.

I hate cheap bastards who squeak when they walk....
 
allblkviper how hard is that to do and what grit paper did you use id like to do the same if i get one


also got a BILLET pull cord handle for xmas today and im pumped it looks awsome
 
I used a dremmel tool w/ a sanding wheel on it to get the finger notches then I started with 400 grit and went up from there to i think 800 and then buffed . LOOKS TITS!!!
 
pics are comming soon I've been putting on my new aaen pipes all new bushings in the rear new rear shocks ,revalved front shocks,I pulled the motor to fix broken bolts on the pto motor mount,engine torque limiter ,all new track clips,rear axle and added a fourth wheel.I think thats it ,it feels like i'm missing something o'well kinda busy but i'm die'n to polished and posted to get some reaction...
 
I would like to see some pics. You should have lots of time, judging by your vocabulary, you must be 17?
