Hi all,
I was trying to install transfer rods today, but I could get either wheel off to remove the tranfer rods. Geez, it was like they were glued on or something! As far as I know, when I removed the bolts on both sides then tipped the sled on it's side, I swung out the suspension. Now all I had to do was remove the bolt from the bottom of the transfer rods, then remove wheels by pulling on them (so the wheels with bearings should slide right off the shaft), then remove the transfer rods, correct?
If this is correct, the wheels with it's bearings are not sliding off the shaft at all, ...am I missing something?
Any ideas?
Cheers.
