Looking to put mountain cables on standard sxr 700 w/6" risor.Will mountain cables be longer than stanard so I don't have to used those bulkey extensions? Thank you for your input in advance

The stock oil cable off my 01 SXr 700 is long enough so is the Emergency brake cable but you need a throttle cable off of a mountain Viper. You will also need a longer brake line hose.( Cables routed through centre of air box under snow screeen ) You will be really tight with your wiring and should extend wires also. I am using a Rox adj 5.5" - 7" riser. It is great with a Boss Hi rise seat.
