vmax twin air box mod

does this mod work on the twins? i opened up the air box to drill some holes under the snap on filter and the tech page says to put six one inche holes but with the twin there is only room for two, one on each side. wondering if there are any tips for doing a twin air box mod? would removing the baffle plate do anything?

I drilled the hell out of mine. It works fine. Might require some jetting adjustments though. It's more of a altitude mod. In the flatlands not much difference.
