Viper Blown Head Gasket? How do I know?

I went for a ride today, and the viper was blowing antifreeze out of the overflow. I stopped and checked the hoses, and they have no pressure in them. I checked the heat exchangers and they are all warm like they shud be. Could it just be the radiator cap? I pulled the plugs and there is no evidence of antifreeze on them, and I checked the exhaust and see no evidence of antifreeze in the exhaust as well? Any thoughts?
 
It could have been running a little warm, or the coolant tank had to much in it. You will not feel pressure in the hoses...
 
I read on here that it could be the water pump seal failure letting in some air from the crankcase into the water pump housing..do a search on both these topics...water pumps seal and air in coolant tank...good luck
 
I'll start with the cap, but then it's just going back to the dealer - I have warranty until 2009 so might as well use it.
 
It doesn't sound like a head gasket to me based upon what you have posted.

However, to check the head gasket for a coolant leak, just use a pressure gauge attached to the coolant tank top. You should be able to borrow (loaner program) one form an auto supply house. If the needle jumps with the engine running and the thermostat open, then you may have a gasket problem.

Yeah that is all I usually do, as it is a lot faster than getting a gauge on it.

There will be vibrations from the engine running that will cause the coolant to shake around which is normal. If there are air bubbles coming from the bottom of the tank in spurts you may have a blown gasket. Be sure that the T-stat has opened though. If the right side heat exchanger is getting warm, then the T-stat is likely open.
