at what rpm does the sxr 600 motor have its max power? i heard it was 8300-8400 rpm..... whats the sweet spot for this bad girl?

For everyday trail riding you want to rev that thing from 8300 off start. And slowly climb to 8500 on a long run on top RPM.

?input on the question would be helpful...zeke you'd want that to pull to about 8500 top end..we have snow now, more than before and its alot harder snow..so get out on the trail and hold that puppy with your new rivets in the inner hole...wind your sec. around 70-80
