Time to freshen up the old 10,000 mile 00 SRX 700. ViperTrailing Arms and Spindles, White skid plate(not shown), 5.5" of riser and 1 1/8 bars, new gearing, oh, and a refreshed top end. Sled also has a 15X144X1.5" camoplast cross country track, viper skid, front shock extensions, clutching, Rox Sled Treads with extension, stripped and polished tunnel, Mid height windy, powermad hand guards with mirror on the left, simmons flexi skis, 2002 Graphics. Probably something I missed.

what, no viper shocks on the front of that thing?

coming up to the ty ride in maine? there will be a hill climb here that saturday night, that sled would do very good

Cylinders looked great. Still plenty of cross hatching visable. Only one vertical line in the center cylinder. Quick hone and good to go. The pistons look good also. Just alittle out of spec. As for it being rich, maybe, however it lasted 10,000 miles with 0 issues. I rather be rich than lean, or messing with it every ride to be spot on. In the more stock form(121X1" track with studs and the long travel) it would run about 96 on radar in 1000' in trail set-up. After about 7500 miles though you could start to feel some power loss. It still had 131# 129# 129# of compression at dismantle.

Spectro Full Syn all the way. Only two powervalve replace in 10,000 miles and both were in the last 800.

I also cleaned them at least three times per season. One year I only did them at the begining of the riding season. They actually looked decent but @$80.00 or so a piece I could not see letting them go that long.

nice sled! I have seen it in person and can vouch that it is sweet and well taken care of! headed north anytime soon? I am headed there tomorrow! finally a REASON to register the sled ;)

I will post some pics soon of the finished product. Now I get to rebuild my 05 Warrior. Darn super charger.

a little rich i can see.

They dont look rich to me, i dont see hardly any wash at all to speak of. Is that stock jetting in there? Dont think you would want to go much leaner.
