we Need a little information on what sled your running, year And OR what Perforamnce parts you have on your sled.

Looks like your a little Lean on the Mag side And Rich on the Pto and mid cylinder.

Before we can help we need to know the Suituation your in. Jet up a size in the mag before you have an incodent.

pm sent, the 110 fuel is your problem, along with never adjusting the powervalves.

thanx for trying to help but you guys dont have any information behind this and theres a few issues at play with it. You guys are incorrect on your plug reading the mag one is perfect, the other 2 are overly rich. Its being handled thru pm and I know the whole story, he just couldnt post pics in a pm.

Pat, pm me your phone and I will call you back here in a little bit I will be gone for about a hour or so, do the pv adjustment and check the choke freeplay, there should be a good 1/8"th slack in lever freeplay before it moves the choke lever/rods. Also drain at least over half that corn syrup 110 race gas out and fill with 93 octane fuel, this will imediately resolve the hard starting problem. When you run high octane gas its flashpoint is much lower and very hard to start when cold, the engine is designed to be run on 93 octane, running 110 in it will actually slow it down, hard starting and low rpm are 2 things that will happen.

Glad to hear that because both my plugs on my Pro-X look like his mag side cylinder spark plug. I've never had the DET light come on or seen specs of aluminum on the insulator, and I've rode 300 miles with that setup so I should be OK.

If that mag is perfect i've been running the last two years rich because mine are little darker than that, maybe i'll lean her up a bit..

I am thinking maybe I should gather up some spark plugs and take pics and give guys something to read, I guess not alot of people actually have seen or use the right cues to know when they have a good running jet set up and how to check your safety margin for temp changes, will be a up coming tech write up . Would be optimum to have pics of the piston tops as well to show wash patterns, I am not sure how easy that would be for me to take pics of as I use a bore light and seldom have to remove heads to monitor engine condition.

If you notice the red coloring on the mag plug, this is from high octane, if you run a octane booster it will also do this coloring effect, but what your more concerned with the the ring that goes down the insulator cone and the actual electrode tip itself, the ground strap isnt as important as the electrode center itself, although you can get some information on the ground strap. More on this soon

What Ur Plugs Should Look Like

This Is The Difference After 110 Fuel Change To 93 And Carb Cleaning.

Those look 110% better then before, I made the pic a little lighter so I can point out a couple things for you, you can see in the center plug that little black ring down inside on the cone of the porcelin? that means your good, the temp/mixture is correct when that ring is on the porcelin, the ground strap is not burned past the curve, also means your correct on temp, its not the best indiactor though to go off of as theres a few moneky wrenchs you can do to change the outlook on the ground strap.
The part you cant see from these pics is the actual center electrode, if you can take a pic of that I will tell you what your jetting is and how safe you are from a temp drop change. need a pic from a slight angle showing the flat bottom of center elctrode between gap to ground strap to point out more things.
