Something I thought I would do soon was verify my jetting in my SRX and wondered if doing it with the rear up on a stand in my shed would give me accurate results or should I wait and do it out in a field?We dont have rideable snow yet and I thought I'd go out and try to get some readings this afternoon.Ideally I'd like to do this outside but I have to take what I can get.

My understanding is you have to have a load on the engine?

Running it on a stand will not work. The motor has to have a load on it to build real heat in the cylinders.
Yea makes sence to have to have a load on the engine.Thanks.
