If you look at the close up picture of track, you can see that the left rear idler wheel is turned around and is red. G.B.

That is real!
Notice the revolutionary 2 hamster mill under the hood.
This baby came out of Yamahas Skunk Works in late 98'
This explains the peculiar odor

wonder what the seat is off of? It is the Phazer style seat but w/ blue. The SX seats were different. I also vote bogus but I dont know.
that seat is off a mtn max, the sled is bogus, thats a spray painted blue gastank with a blk cap...lol, if it was a 99 they wouldnt have 98 black bellypan, and vmax blk tr. arms on it, plus the red track wheels simply turned around. I am also willing to bet that a proto type doesnt have a vin number on it. I saw a yamaha viper that Pat Hauck had and the build date was 2000 right on the sticker on the side, it had a vin of 8EK-00000, he even told me it was a pre production test sled he got from Yamaha to test for racing.
I vote bogus on the phazer, yamaha wouldnt have been sloppy like that

Yes it is, but it is the same pod that is on my 99 phazer.

99' didnt come with the tuning fork bubble decal on the hood either did the 98' SRX's I've had. My 00' SXr has it though. It's still bogus!! Why would yamaha have an R+D Phazer in 99' when it was already in production???? and where the hell are the other 449 of them?
research and development? for what? the chassis that came out in 97 or the motor that has been around for ages??
