Trying to figure out how to correct a over reving problem with this sled. I live at 1600' and travel to the big hills a couple times a year. The sled came with a y-w-y, 8dg weights and no matter what has been done with the weights she revs up over 9000. The y-w-y has a preload of 45, rate of 2.5 and a force of 128. I was told to put in a y-p-y which had a force of 30, rate of 2.5 and a force of 113. It still revs a little high and then comes back but now I have an engagement of 3700 and it boggs out. I also still have the 15.6 rollers in it and with the stock y-w-y, 8cr and the 15.6 it will engage at 4600RPM. On the preload chart the springs have a rate of 30,35,40 and 45 which also control the engagement. What is the rpm differences between the diferent springs?
