venture tf boging at lowend

hey guys i have a venture tf that is boging at lowend and its strating to get wroce i start off and 3500 rpm and it bogs to 2500 rpm and then stalls then it will start up agian and it wont do it neep help

i allredy checked the clutch i thing the cabr is durty and the jet arnt set right but i could be rong

bypass the tors. my enticer was doin this and that is what we had to do.
