also 8100 is low you should be around 8500 losing some power there not fully shifting. you're power valves should'nt have any effect on the rpm. can't remember the rpms when the valves open on the top end. i know it's 900 on the low end.

adjusting power valves
used mr vipers advice on setting...replaced the bad cable....pulled all 3 to clean them......assembled everything then idled below 900 with choke and marked servo position.....put 2 2.5mm allen wrenches in between the housings and set all 3......worked super quick just had to watch the servo mark because the cables pull the motor pulley....now that i have the servo marked it will take no time at all to set them....
