ok im going to adjust my pvs tommorrow, from what ive read you run your idle down to 900 and adjust them for 2.5mm. so i loosen the 2 alens the measure 2.5mm with a dial caliper.
just wanted to double check im doin gthis write before i mess something up.

Use two 2.5mm allen wrenches as a gauge

yeah i seached like crazzy but i get alot of srx info, and jsut wanted to double check, also there is almost to much info to sif tthrough thought it would be easyier to just ask.
thanks so 2.5 is good for a viper.

question for you guys, I see that you can adjust your valves by measuring 2.5 mm gap, and can also measure by feeling in the exhaust port to make sure they are flush. Whats the diffrence here, does the 2.5 mm measure how much tention is on the cable?To do it either way you have to adjust them from the servo..so is it good to do it both ways to make sure cable tention and valve adjustment is correct?

im goin gto do what yamaha and mr viper recomend which is measure 2.5mm, check about 3 posts below they go into detail there.
