Honestly, I would part it out and put the proceeds towards buying another sled.

If you really want to keep it, I would tear it down to the tunnel and bulkhead and check everything out. I would guess that the tunnel is tweaked farther up, and should be replaced. The bulkhead might also be out of whack. As long as the heat exchangers are ok, it can be fixed fairly cheaply with used parts. New parts will kill you in a hurry. In any case it will be a good deal of work unless you are used to tearing sleds down.

If it is the only sled you have, and you want to finish the season on it. Make sure that it is structurally sound and then straighten the aluminum, add some aluminum plate where needed, and bolt it back up. Be sure that the heat exchangers don't leak. Throw some new hoses on it (you can use automotive heater hose to finish the season). You can then tear into it over the summer.

Well it will be totaled because the tunnel is bent, I would buy it back from your insurance company and fix that sled, thats a simple fix. You could still ride it the rest of this year by simply taking out the bent rear exchanger, then using wood from the underside beat the tunnel back to a semi square shape again with a plastic deadblow hammer, its easy to hammer back into shape with the exchanger and tunnel end cap removed, the alum is soft and easy to bend back, the trick is to remove all the suports, i think theres 2 for the bumper also to remove, install a new rear heat exchanger and ride out the season.
Come summer, find a tunnel off one of the hundreds of vipers being parted out. Its not a awfull job to swap that out. The motor and stuff dont even have to be taken out to change the tunnel.

^^ what they said. you can probably get a tunnel for about 50$ and you could have it done in a weekend. If it is insured, turn it in and buy it back. It's a wholllleeee lot of rivets!!

I have had good results from using 2 pieces of steel on either side
and then using a big C clamp to squeeze it straight.
Finish with body tools.

buy it back from your insurance company. look for an aftermarket tunnel and stretch the skid to 136/144

thanks i was also thinking about changing the trailing arms to the mountain performance kit. i hope it would look ok but i dont know

well here are some repair pics, back up and some what back in business still have to bleed cooling system and just double check everything. I added a couple other pics that I thought were cool from riding in the black hills

Thats what I would have done...pocket the money for riding funds....Now its broke in and you can ride it much harder
