Hey guys, what is the maximum length allowed stud that you can run on a Stock srx track?? Also if the track needs to be replaced what track do you recommend??

get a 9830 run 1.075s ethier way. check out cb performance and rich. they have great deals on tracks.

The track I would recomend is the Hacksaw or the 9830. I used 1.15 studs in my stock srx track and that is what I run in my 1" Hacksaw. Some say that those are to long though, I have not had any problems though.

Whats the maximum length that you can get away without rubbing studs or punching holes in heat exchangers??

i think you can run 1.375s if your willing to play with fire.

not really the length that will cause the stud to hit the heat exchanger. When you hit the brakes the track ballons out which can cause the rub or hit.
Protectors are needed when you run studs or run the track tighter then normal.

Get a hold of Bruce @ CB performance has great deals on tracks, He set me up w/ a 1'' 6 pitch compolast great traction realy hooks up & dosnt take any top end speed away.
