I had BR9ECS and fouled the plug in the cylinder next to the clutch.
then installed BR10ECS (all three)and was running the trails and poof fouled the same cylinder.. this was less then 200ks after new plugs were installed
Any thoughts as to why? I dont want to keep changing the plugs and could it lead to larger problem??
^^^ listen to this guy.......run the ecs'syamaholic22 said:its not that the ecs runs better, its that it is more guaranteed that it will STAY running. The ecs are extra insurance against detonation in an engine that is closer to the ragged edge than most other yamaha's of late. Premium and ecs plugs aren't necessities in anything, but when someone burns one down the first thing they should be saying is "damn, i shouldn't have cut corners"
