every once in a while my sled will act like it is fouling a plug but it isnt.could this be the tors acting up?it doesnt happen very often but when it does its irating as hell?to bypass it you just unplug and plug the 2 wires together?

"just unplug and plug the 2 wires together?" Yes, and if that is the cure then, you can have the carbs switches adjusted if you want to rehook the T.O.R.S. Most just leave it bypassed.
