I think it has a lot to do with your riding style. Last weekend, when it was my turn to take the lead of the pack, I was really givi'n it. I had to stop and wait quite a few times. I guess that's what burns the gas!!!
both of my 98 srxs with aaen pipes get 12-14 mpg .
