Dont get it, all in the primary and secondary arn't more then 2 years old, the engine was aligned last year and it goes fine, but this year it started with ripping out the cord of the belt and touching the shield for the hoose and guardbelt, and it makes noices when you just let off the throttle and your rolling on hard surface..works everytime..allways when i let of the throttle banging the ditch or something you can hear everytime you hit a bumb how there becomes a "phuump" noice..have thought about not quick enough backshift but the helix on has a steeper angel and i mean it worked perfect last year... oh my god i get so ****ing pist-off #$%&*

check your alignment again.Maybe one of your engine mounting bolts broke or something. After last season I found out my front clutch side engine mount broke 1 bolt and lost the other .So I must of had some twisting going on when I pinned it,but didn't break any belts.Check all mounting bolts and may have to re-align your clutches again. Also check the clutch bushings for excessive play.Is the belt the right size and what make of belt do you use?

yeah i know something is causing it, are gonna check the bushings and alignment the signs for misalignment is there and the belt is the replacement for the old 8dn so i have the same as the rx1 use..got pipes and a hole a lot else so know the sled is aggresive but it held up last year and all is so new, even the bearings are new.

Think its odd, i am so exact"lack of word" with the sled so got all the figurs right with it and why does others still work even despite that they never check the sled..well maybee im shitout of luck..but how can i check the offset easy? i mean the sheaves arent plain so you just can lay a ruler down and measure..the cc i have a ide to.,,

well are gonna check all but the rollers"i assume you mean the rollers with bushings" have the big book for the yamaha tripels assuming all i need is in there...**** **** dont wanna be the greasemonkey anny more..only problems with highperfomance sleds

maybee importing a nice, quiet phazer fx lies in the future

You just need to get your problem taken care of, you have a very reliable sled with arguably one of the toughest 2 stroke engines ever made.Once you get the bugs worked out it'll just run and run with very minimal maintenance. These type sleds have been known to rack up 15-20000 miles with very little trouble.
