Would appreciate anyone running an SXR600 with Bender triple pipes sharing their jetting setup. Main jets, Pilot jets, fuel screw settings, needle setting etc.
Looking to fine tune a little and would appreciate all successful setups ( even the unsuccessful ones).
I'm running 142.5 Mains, needles raised 1/2, 47.5 pilots 1.5 turns on the fuel screw. I think I'm rich and have very poor mileage.
Thanks

I'm running Hauck Pipes on My Venom (which is the identical motor) and the only difference i have from what you've got is 42.5 pilots. I still get 11 mpg and ride very aggressively. sorry if I haven't been any help.

I run 140's stock needle and 47.5 pilots, runs kinda fat but I'm good to -20 also 2 turns out on fuel screw. Heelclicker with red spring 49/39 dalton helix with green sec spring. 4800 engagemnt goes pretty good!

So SXRYAN, You're running 140s across the board with the needles in the stock position, with 47.5 pilots?? You've had no issues even at -20 degrees F even at WOT? What kind of fuel mileage are you seeing? You must be running at the same altitude as I am in Winnipeg.
yama49601: Thanks, I do have a copy of that but I was warned NOT to follow Bender's recommended jetting. Also they recommend staggered jetting, but everyone I talk to on TY seems to jet the same across the board???
I think I will go to 141.6 Mains and move the needle back to the stock setting and do a plug read as a first step. Maybe try 140s if all goes well and it looks like there is room to go further.
Appreciate everyones input. Anyone else???
