I recently put on a new belt (correct size) and after the install the clutch never disengages. The only way to start the sled is to lift the sled up and start it, b/c it is engaged. What are some possible problem areas? Minor adjustments to fix the problem?
It also "stalls" about 25-30 mph before it takes off again. I assume it is getting stuck on the secondary before it hits the next tapered angle?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

If your sure it's the right belt and you got too much tension you may
need to remove the bolts from the back of the secondary and remove the
washers off them,should help..
that will spead the clutches some and relieve some tension.
Or...your center to center could be off..
