broken stud help!!

Theres a couple of ways you could get that out of there... One trick is the EDM idea.... a 4 flute end mill on a bridgeport will work (if you know how to do it) or,,, you could BREAK APART the eazyout with NITROGEN!!! Theres sonic wave systems that can break it into little pieces also LASER will do the trick.. Some are expensive and some take a great deal of expertise!!! Depends on HOW BAD you want this thing out AND how much it is to replace t with a new one!!!
 
my boss has a 4 flute end mill he may try next week pendin gthe price of edm. also was thinkin gof using a plasma. if i can just burn out or soften the easy out it will be easy sailing from there.
