members, but this is getting crazy, he just wants YOU to get that stuff sent to these guy's as does every one else, Get 'er done man!!!!!!!
 

It's good to see Mr. Sled get a comment in here. I've bought and sold from here, SnoWest, DooTalk and Ebay and so far everyone has been good. If I buying, if it's something that might be still on a sled, I ask and wouldn't buy unless it was ready for shipping. Everyone has shipped within a day or two of paying. If I'm selling, I have always shipped the same day that I receive payment. I always look at it as if someone has a sled down and need the item yesterday. I appreciate the same courtesy from others. Or, "do unto others as ...................". Amen.

I've had two occassions, an RKTech head I bought off DooTalk, and a pair of Simmons skis I bought off SnoWest, where the sellers put the items in the mail on there end, the same day I put payment in the mail on my end. So you can not ask for any better than that.

A little timely communication goes a loooooong way. We all have jobs and famliy that keeps us busy and would understand if something got in the way of shipping some parts out. You just have to communincate and follow through. Now make right! G.B.

I agree...communication is the key,how hard is it too send a damn e-mail??
 
mark you sent the parts out when?last tuesday? or what? you need to let these guys know ..or tom lets us know if you got the parts and what you ended up recieving
 
I got part of the reverse and he is going to send me the rest now that his sled is out of the drink. Sounds like he is finally making things right and has offered me and everyone on TY an apology. As soon as I get the rest of the parts I'll let everyone know so we can put this behind us. Thanks for the support from everyone.
 
That is just crappy considering the hope he seemed to give about becoming a "decent" person

I really hope you get all of your parts before the snow flies (Which I would enjoy even if it came tomorrow)
 
This is STILL going on? Wow he really needs to get his head right. It is absolutely ridiculous.
 
Interstate fraud is a federal offence. Get all of your correspondence together, receipts, etc and file a complaint. Oh yea make sure to make a copy of this thread, he was dumb enough to admit to agreeing to the transaction (read contract) and admit he hadn’t sent the items. Of course he will not do time, but fines and effort it takes to deal with the legal system will make his life a living hell for 5 or 6 months.

I love it when retribution served on people that screw me over is on the government’s dime.
 
there is nothing worse than an idiot who goes back on a deal after so long, someone needs to "confront" this guy. i know IF something like that happened to me, and i knew how to contact THAT person, I would definately get even with them.
