nosboy could you post a pic of the tee set up. I know you want to do a write up on this. Don't you?
I also spray everything down with Howes Lubricating and Penatrating Oil, it's the same stuff I use on my Snap-On tools.

College educated,,,but,,,, to illiterate to work a digital camera AND also too illiterate to try and post anything on a website.. i would first have to ask my WIFE to take pic's and post,,,but,,, the camera SHE LEFT on a park bench in San Juan Puerto Rico a few months ago,,, so you see,,,, a photo,, at this time,,,, would be REALLY HARD TO DO!!! I could explain a few ways of doing it,,,but,,, I don't really have the gift of explaining things correctly,,, so,,, get a piece of 5/16 rubber hose (clear vinyl tubing will work too) and take the fuel line off the fuel pump (the one from the tank to the pump) and install the 5/16 hose... Stick the other end of the hose in a quart of ATF and start your sled.. The fuel pump will start to suck the ATF from the quart and the ATF will start to do it's thing!!! KEEP THE ENGINE RUNNING around initial clutch engagement RPM's ( around 4000) until the sled starts to die out!!! as the rpm's start to drop, try accelerating to keep them up to 4000. eventually your sled will be stuttering and putting and die out!!! There will be enough ATF in the engine to store it and the ATF will KEEP CLEANING and softening the CRAP inside all summer!!!

No it is running off the fuel that is in the pump and bowls and will die out when the gas is gone from the way I figure.
Could you just add the atf with the gallon of gas that is in your tank and run it that way then you would still get the atf in there with some gas?
your motor is NOT GOING to run on the ATF.. The ATF is designed to FLOOD OUT your motor and FOG,STORE,and CLEAN your motor.. diluting it and mixing with fuel will do almost NOTHING!!! you have to replace the fuel with atf!!!

I guess my big question is, how am I going to get my sled running next season with all this atf in my fuel system? Is there an easier way then taking the fuel bowls off to get the atf out? Maybe you could dump a little fuel down each cylinder just to get it started, then the pump will start bringing through the fuel in the tank. Would that work?
