well i guess thats the one i have where the three pipes exit through the stock hole... i have it it is installed and i love it...it has a real nice throaty growl to it...

My buddy had one on his srx and then put the stock on it was alot faster with the stock silencer.It's about 4 legnths faster in a 1000ft and about 5mph differnce.

the pipes now sit a little higher now with the hauck can on there and the top most pipe is actually up against the inside hood protection (you know that black stuff) will this hurt, will it burn through? or should i try and lower it somehow?

never realyy had a problem except for black stuff getting on the pipes. and if you polish it will tick you off getting this on them.

with mine there is lil adjustment to wear you can move just a hair away from it. not sure with the old style growler though.

i have solved the problem, i have removed the rubber spacer to allow the can to sit lower. its perfect now...

I did the same with removing the rubber to install my stingers.
Ended up melting into the pan and made the hole all messed up.

awww no way. well thanks for the input but that shouldnt happen b'cause it really makes no difference in my application how far the can protrudes through the belly its only changed by aprox 1/2 inch, thats all i needed, but thanks for your info...
