Maple syrup

Any one else on here make any maple syrup? My dad and I have about 100 taps and make about 30 gallons per year. we are in the midst of it right now and we have made 25 gallons so far.

Actually my neighbor started doing maple syrup about 10 yrs ago. Him and i started the whole deal with about 100 trees tapped with just buckets. Now he has around 400 trees tapped but much easier cause it`s all on pipeline...lol

my family useds to tap a couple of thousand trees just for fun.... really enjoyed it until landowner sold th e sugar woods to someone else...Mmm maple syrup...

Thats way cool, it doesnt get any more natural or organic. Sometimes I wished I wasnt a city boy.
