cables slipping of servo motor

Like Daman says, something is not installed right, can you take a pic and post it . . .

Do they look like this? are they connected to the power valve and not pulled out ?

No kidding thats what I discovered a few months back ( not my doing ) . Geee instant power when hooked up correctly.

don't have digital camera to post pictures, but this doesn't happen all the time. You can go out for a drive on good trails then if you start to play in ther powder i will notice it will only be reving 8000 or so pop up the hood and the cabels are unhooked or wrapped arround the servo shive.

this is very frustrating had this happen all winter had 2 mechanics look at the power valves and both said it was adjusted properly. This was really the only problem i had with the machine all winter.I put on over 4000 km this season. The servo motor seems to be fine also, so could it be the cdi.

I would say pull the valves completely and make sure everything is installed correctly. I am guessing that something is missing or not installed correctly. Possibly the springs are missing or not working properly.

Manual pages here

Be sure to take the valve ends completely apart and inspect.
