ssviper - I don't have and never will have pipes on my viper. THere are ways to get as good of performance with much wider powerband, without the jetting hassles, and stock sound. My mtn viper looks and sounds stock and will run with any shorttrack nonboosted machine. NOt my doing though, the genius work was done by a pro. Not any cheaper than pipes, but much more consistent and I unless all conditions are PEFECT for their setup, I can beat virtually any triple piped viper. No its not turbo or nitrous or any of that. Any pics? Im interested in thisLeave the airbox. Close off the hole in on the underside of the hood,take out the plastic air induction tubes and block off the part that goes to the motor compartment,cut a hole so they force air into hood and airbox. Use holtzman for jetting and you have forced air that really works.proven by nec. clutch changes
