It does'nt take long at all. I have a belt deflection adjuster on my secondaries so I use it to open the clutch to put staight edge in and then close the sheaves on the staight edge. It is harder to explain then to do. I just measure my center to center first with a tape that is in mm. So far this method has worked for me on my 4 sleds. One of them is a SRX with a 1000 in it and I have had no belt issues.
