DID MY POWER VALVES TODAY IN MY SRX GETTING IT READY TO GRASS RACE AND I GOT TO TELL YA MY POWERVALVES BARELY NEEDED TO BE DONE. MATTER OF FACT, PTO WAS PERFECT, DID NOT EVEN NEED TO TOUCH IT. OTHER TWO HAD SLIGHT BUILD UP. BUT NO STICKING AT ALL. REAL HAPPY WITH THIS OIL. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I agree, I used it for years in my ski-doos with valves before buying the sx.I stuck with it because its so clean burning which has to be good exhaust valves or not.

Yup that stuff is great oil, used it ever since it came out in all my yamaha triples. Now using the four stroke amsoil 0W-40 in my Attak.

Good to know... I've got a box of that to use after I use up my Amsoil HP Injector oil.
DUDE, SWITCH OVER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ESPECIALLY IF YA RUN THE VIPER HERE PICTURED. THE STANDARD INJECTOR IS NOT FOR POWER VALVES. YOU WILL HAVE A MESS THERE WHEN YA PULL THEM. 3:16 (yammie tony)

We ran that in our 01 Polaris XC SP. It had the Power valves also. This oil did a great job in that sled. I've ran Amsoil in my Yammies for a few years now. Wint ever use anything else.

People hated being behind me when I had my sxr though. I ran the Dominator race oil in that sled ( The red stuff ) and they told me it stank something bad. lol

Its funny you mention this Tony. A few weeks back I pulled mine and the same result as you. Very little needed to clean them. I may us it this season or switch back to my fav Ipone. Never the less a GOOD Syn is the way to go.

Last year i switched every sled i own over to Interceptor and so far so
good i only got a few hundred miles on 'em but so far i like it, i'm glad
i stocked up last spring @ $27 a Gal., i only got 10 Gal's left.

when you switch can you just mix it in with the oil that you have in it at the time?
You can yes,, but to get the full effect of the synthetic oil i would eather
run it down very low or do like i did and suck out all the old then put the
new in.

Here's one of my power valves after switching to Interceptor last year. I sucked all the Yamalube out of the oil tank and made a clean switched. They were cleaned spotless before the switch. After all the talk about how well this oil works...I'm very disapointed.

Do you have stock jetting?I think that makes a difference if the engine is running rich that is as much as the oil does, any other thoughts?
