By the way, Snowtech magazine said good things about a product called Schaffer's Neutra. It was $5.00 at the local carquest, so I bought a bottle.
I also had a bottle of Yamaha Ring Free on the shelf, that I bought last Spring. The price sticker from the dealer says $15.99. Guess I bought it during a moment of weakness, won't be doing that anymore.

I found the link, http://www.schaefferoil.com/neutra_fuel_stabilizer.html
Sounds like good stuff, if we can believe what we read.

You sure can. I use that at work almost every day or so. Awesome product. I buy it 2 cases at a crack. I use it in everything from our small 5 hp honda engines up to our big Macks. We used to run briggs and scrapiron until I got the company hooked on Honda small engines. In the winter those briggs are about as useless as the tits on a boar. Have to pull 40 times to get them to start. Honda's on the other hand start in 2 or three pulls in the dead of winter. Neutra I'll tell ya it stinks. As in smells potent. If you get it on your hands or clothes you smell it for hours. I tried some in my van and the fuel mileage went up .2 miles per gallon. Not much but something.

seafoam works great, I used it to clean the carbs on my bike a few weeks back. deep creep for when I take em apart, and regular through the gas tank to keep things clean and working great

Reading the can right now....if you bought the 473ml can it says it treats 30-95 litres of fuel.
1 oz. per US gallon. You really can't overtreat with this product. Well, I guess you COULD LOL. I routinely used a 16 oz. can in a full tank on my Viper. Can use 2 oz. when fuel system is extremely dirty.

Isn`t that over kill and a waste of $$$$.You have a initial treatment at the beginning of the season for sure. After that you just need to put a capfull or two everytime thereafter. Then when the season is ending, treat it heavy again before you store it.

I used it last season for the first time. Was on a ride with other TY members and ....I did a crap job cleaning my carbs....the machine was not running good. A buddy had a can and put some in my tank. Within about 20 minutes the sled was perking up and running better.

I agree with 1 can in the beggining of the season. then I run it every 3rd to 4th tank if I can, about 1/3 of the bottle. works great

It's the same product as yamaha ring prep, it works in any gas motor.

OK..fine.....With the price of our gas,the price of 2-stroke oil and a can of SEA Foam..that adds up to about $70.00 every full tank...sheesh!!!!!! That is about $0.50 per mile.
