Anyone else like me miss their SRX and thinking of getting another one?

Poor handling is only 1 reason and I would be VERY surprised if I could ever make my F7 corner as well as my stock 99 SRX did.

-thicker swaybar- $30
- re-drilling the limiters and pulling them up a bit- free
results- priceless

Believe me I am not an srx basher by any means, my favourite sled of the 20 or so that I have owned to this day is still my 02 srx with my 98 srx not far behind.

I already did the limiter straps and although it helped, it didnt put it anywhere near the same handling as my SRX. I would be surprised if a heavier swaybar would make that big of a diff but I it could I guess.

I love this F7 for what it is but its had a lot of problems since it was new and now that its out of warranty, its gotta go. I was originally looking for a leftover 06 F7 to replace it with or possibly a Crossfire 7 before I started thinking about getting another SRX......

My SRX

Well I have had a
1983 MOTOSKI 377
1973 (Elan i think) 240
1998 SRX 700C (canuck version with the ohlin's)

I got it with no mods other than a can and custom paint

I would never ever sell this sled as it is the most fun I have had thus far on the snow!!!

the engine shot is from a very similar SRX but mine is just as shiney

and I got small vids on you tube under cruizin22 but I urge you to Youtube 'TopGunnSRX' he has the nicest vid on youtube thus far for SRX's

I sold my 98 SRX 600 to my friend, and picked up an 02 Viper. The SRX was set up perfectly, and it is quick. I loved that sled. The Viper seems good at everything, but not great at anything, if you know what I'm saying. Last year I let my friend ride the Viper and I climbed back on the SRX for a while and damn that thing really put a smile back on my face. I can only imagine what an SRX 700 set up right would feel like...
