I'm thinking of getting a pair of aftermarket ski's. I basically want better floatation and handling then the orginal stocker's. How much do the stock ones with carbides roughly? Thanks

I use the ATS brand from Royal Distributing and love them. C&A from what I hear are great as well. The ATS are priced better and I have had no problems at all and they work great.

$290 is WAY high for a set of C&A AD's. Do yourself a favor and order them from Richmotorsports (richierich). Prices and service can't be beat!!

Plus he is a TY board sponsor and has done the right thing by us TY members over and over again.

I ordered stuff from Rich just last year. And he is a great guy and site sponsor. I might add he looks great in a TY halter top! :)

Just thought I'd throw the prices up so people could compare.

Can you purchase CA mounts for an SRX that retain the proper ride height? I tried apex skis but they lower your front too much.

Agree about Rich. ;)! He knows I have been byuing lots of stuff from him and he is always great to do business with. I bought a set of his C&A 7" and put on my MM and after that the floatation is superb! Only setback is the sidehilling is really hard to do now. :hide:

i have slp powder pro's on both of my sleds and absolutely love them... i don't know off hand how much they were but i got them from gobigparts.com and they were a fairly good deal...

I just put a set of C&A's ADV on my srx and the install went great. I have yet to put them on the snow to try them. I got the mounting kit from rich down at haydays!! Thanks rich!!!!!!

nope they will lower it about 1".i can get you usi skis that are setup like your stock.

Could you give me a price on the usi ski's? Thanks. Also, do you have a model number or anything?

sly dog skis

For what I am told by other riders and a yamaha dealership the sly dogs seem to be the only ski to improve handling on the new sleds.

Oh, sorry. I didn't notice that. I got his quote off of another site. :dunno: I just didn't want someone seeing his post and totally believing what he said about Sly Dog skis when he's a dealer is all.
