Looks like an Ohlien shock? For a stock viper ,right?
I want to keep the CK shock in place so I guess the center set of mounting holes would be a little further back than yours.

I just powder coated the springs to match the Ohlins fron shocks I had. Actually your mid mount holes will be approx 1.5 further forward in the sled than the Mountain Max 136 set up.

I mounted a mountain max rear cooler on mine, it sits at the back of the tunnel extention. I however was piped so you may not need the extra cooler but yes to do it right with the extention you will also need longer hoses and your cooler tube will be shifted back.

Viper skid

hi I am just using tracks usa extensions 121 to 136 on my viper. what is the reason for these drop down brackets is this something I should be looking at.I just planed on installing my skid the way it came out. What are the purpose for the drop down brackets. sorry I did not mean to hijack the thread.

I'm replacing the 121 skid with a 136, so the mounting points are different except for the front set of bolts.The mid. and back sets of bolts are relocated and the back set falls below the tunnel, hence the drop brackets are needed.
I believe with the 136 extensions all remains the same.

S.X. you are right, longer shock would actually put the mid. holes forward of yours.
