What do you guys think before I buy one I tought I asked the experts or the ones with some experience.
I'm going to run a PSI pipe and 38 MM flatslide carbs on the 87 phazer this winter but i've seen some diferences on the options for airbox mods or filters.

Send me some inputs...
Thanks

I would go with a cold air kit if you can find one. The K&N's won't do much for you because you will still be pulling in hot, underhood air. And remember, there is no filtering done in the airbox, it is only for noise reduction.
In my estimation, the best modification is to run without the side panels on the sled.

I would like that but I hate trail riding, I try to stay off trail as much as I can and that might be a problem without the panel...But i might have some ideas after your comment....Maybe try to make some cuts and vents on the panels...I picture it in my head now like some shark gills.....I don't know will see....

Thanks
