Ok everyone.
I've been reading awhile on the forum and have a lot of good info. I recently acquired a '97 SX VMAX 700 that needed some work. I currently have the engine in pieces and will be putting it back together soon. I'm not doing any major modifications to the engine, just leaving it stock, so my question is, what inexpensive modifications can I do to this thing. I am already planning on taking out one layer (possibly two) off the head gasket, and doing the reed notch mod. I feel like I already spent too much on parts and have more to buy, so I would like to keep any further expenditures to less than $100 if possible. Possibly clutch tuning info on the cheap?
