REDSNAKE,possibly in short drag runs at wot but you could never actually trail ride those pipes with that jetting, the midrange cruising with a viper, head, timing, would lead to a seized piston in no time. I have fixed alot of viper burned down with pipes and they almost all are mid range burn downs, you need ALOT of fuel with those pipes to cool off the pistons from the lousy head cooling, timing is pretty significant in midrange and the fuel will cool the piston enuff to resist detonation which in turns ruins the pistons, cylinders and sometimes crank bearings.

I dont do the 1 peice heads, the lathe does not have a big enuff swing for me to do them, I could do them on the cnc machine but it would need a program written to do them, there just isnt enough call for me to bother with them, sorry. Your better off to have Jeff@CPR or Bender do them for you as they are set up to do the mono heads.

I had no idea that aaen makes the pipes for hauck now and that cpr made them for hauck back in the day. Now I understand the confusion.

Should the pilot screws be out 2.5 turns with these pipes?

if you have cpr pipes, youll need 50 pilot jets, 1.75 turns out on screws, needles on #4 and with both shims under the clip on the mag cylinder, and 160,160,162.5 mains.
You also might want to call Jeff@ CPR, I know he has had a few differnt specs for jetting for these over the years, he may have a leaner spec for ya to use, his number is 414-698-6611
