viper carb issues

It only does it at idle. I had the screws at 2 1/8 because of the whole idle hang thing, but I think that was caused by not getting the passages completely clean and restricting the fuel. So now i suppose i should really go back a little...lol this will be the 5th time pulling the carbs...but its all good

lol.....you'll be pulling the carbs off in your sleep, yuor wife will slap ya because your pulling on her t*ts.......lol

lol idk about that..but at least I'm getting alot quicker at it. I've learned a ton since I joined this site.

If I am messing with some carbs to fine tune then I leave the carb heater hoses pluged, thats one less thing to do/undo...cheers

Yeah that helps, but how do you prefer to do that? I pushed 1/4" bolts into the hoses and put the clamps on, but the next morning there was a puddle of coolant on the floor because they leaked, I'm guessing they leaked around the threads even though they fit in there tightly.

I have a dozen or so bolts diferent sizes, all 3" & cut the threads off, rounded thed smoth...as well as clamping them...nothing pretty but it works...
