Viper Center Shock Bushings - Help

I need to replace the plastic bushings top and bottom on the center shock. I looked up the part numbers and they show a Collar and Bush-Sold for #21? Which part number is it?
21. 90387-145G7-00 COLLAR 8EK3 4
21. 90381-14101-00 BUSH, SOLID 8EN1 4

Plus, the metal collar is a little rusted, can I sand it clean or should I just replace?

It's not the collar, it's the bushing/solid, just clean up the collar

I just sanded mine and greased them up.
