EXCITER SX is reving then bogging

hey, i have a 93 exciter sx and the sled revs out and the track is spinning fast although whenever i go to sit the track on the ground it wont go anywhere? Please help. much apreciated
 
Check the center bushings on the primary and make sure the rollers spin freely, also take a look at the carbs, Are they clean and the inlet needles seating?
 
so just take off the primary? How does that come off? And then check the rollers
 
Spin the rollers and see if there is slop or wobble and the center cover bushing you can check without pulling the clutch. Remove the 6 face screws and hold the spring pressure and pull the out cover and that where the bushing is.
