Oh so that guage isnt part of the sled itself, you were just showing the weight of the sled. I thought it was something that weighed the bogie wheel pressure or something crazy like that. LOL but I was weigh off base, thanks for clearing that up.

It had three coated pipes on it, but remade the pto pipe and picked up 4 hp and never got the pipe recoated again. The sled is now in the hands of Jtssrx after 480 miles of driving, dropping off the sled and driving 480 miles home again! Hope he has fun with it!

I made it home and now the clean up begins. I'm going to have all three pipes recoated.

Does that goofy bend that the PTO pipe has originally cause the HP to be lower?

Yes. If you where able to make the pipes strait all two strokes would make a lot more power. the bends kill the power
