Hi guy's,

I had my new to me ride out over the weekend and it seems to be reving high, I don't remember if you have to add weight to the primary to make it rev lower? It's a 99 srx700 with a roller secondary not sure the weights and spring in them, I was told by the seller it primary is stock. the sled has a 136 convertion with a 1.5" lug and dropped one tooth on top, any suggestions on clutching. Sled works great just dont like to high rev's, rev's at WOT 8800-8900 and i'm sure it should be around 8400.

thanks Regert

You should talk to Turk, he's the guru on the SRX clutching. Yes you do add weight to the primary to bring you're RPM's down. I'm not sure how the roller secondary works with weight

it will be difficult to guide you without all your current clutching specs and parts.
Check your weights and primary spring to see what they are.

you always adjust the front clutch for the rpm, the rear just tailors the shift, youll need to supply the information as to what weights you have and what springs, colors they are to go any further

I will have to check tonight on it as I am at work, I'm sure the primary is stock, as for the roller roaster not sure what spring or helix.
