Fuel Screw Question

After coming to a stop it takes a few seconds before idling down. 98xtc, stock Pilot and mains. Fuel screw is set at 13/4 turns out. Which way do I go to resolve this. In or out. Thanks! The carbs were just cleaned. Stock setting is 11/2 turns. I am running AAEN twin pipes and Maximum performance clutching.

turn them out to richen it up.

if this is a ongoing problem ive used vips from thunder products makes a great differance

Take it to 2 turns out, and make sure your idle is around 16-1,700..

Yeah that did the trick. All I need now is a new belt and she is ready to rip!
