Sled sat for a week,-14 C today and started easy

My SXR sat for a week and was surprised it basically fired up nearly on the first pull.Second pull it ran.Think I figured out now how to get the sleds started easy and quick. Two weeks earlier it took 6 pulls to start.Can you guess my secret.

Turning the choke on before you shut it off?

You ruined it guys,but it seems to work.Will like to see what happens in colder temps though.Bet the SRX will still be harder to start.

Fired up the mountain max yesterday at -28C. Took 5 pulls and was pretty stiff. I'm going to try the choke thing, sounds like a good idea.

Had the sled siting outside in the cold north wind,but put choke on and 1 pull she was running again.Seems to work.I will see next week how the SRX will start.Been over a week of sitting in the shed already.
