Im in the process of turning my viper into a 136 from a 121. Looking for the best tunnel extensions and rail extensions. Putting a 1.25" ripsaw on it. If any one has any pics that would be great. Thanks.
 
looking at that picture I should mention the hose covers were not bolted on at the time. They do pull up tight to the tunnel.

THey all look good. Thanks for the pics. Jimmie I know that sled was boomers,Which I happened to run into a couple weeks ago in the U.P. with his SRX. Nice guy, nice sled. but do you know if the firecat handle bar warmers will just snap into the viper wiring or do you have to hard wire it some how?
 
I spent a year on the damn warmers, the Yamaha warmers run through the Cdi and they only get 6 volts so you must rewire. I ended up by passing the dial adjust which connects into the cdi. I don't claim to be an electrician, Don had similar problems, hard to put someone elses grips on a Yamaha due to wiring but you will be ebtter at wiring than me.They will now burn your hands if set on high, dealer did it.

Yea, sounds like a job for the dealer. My firecat bars and warmers should be in by Monday. Well, in the mean time Im going to continue to work on turning the viper into a 136. Thanks.
 
The cat bars work great on a Viper especially with the Boss seat.You will need a riser as the Cat bars are flat compared to the Yamaha bars and will be too low.

Thanks, but I ended up going with the tracksusa one. I got there tunnel ext. and rail ext. but I Now decided to go with a m-10 or edge suspension, 136" of course, so I'm returning the rail ext. Thanks for all the help.
Jimmie, I am going to put a power madd piviot adapter and 6" extension on. Ordered all the viper mt. cables. Should be set. Only thing I'm still wonder about is how that works going from a dual cable to now I believe the mt.viper is a single cable?
